How do I restore my Super Supporter purchase?
Open Gratas, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases." Your purchase is tied to your Apple ID and will be restored automatically.
Are my entries backed up?
Your entries are stored locally on your device. If you have iCloud Backup enabled in your iPhone settings, your Gratas data will be included in that backup and restored if you get a new device.
Why isn't voice input working?
Make sure Gratas has permission to access your microphone and speech recognition. Go to iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone (and Speech Recognition) and make sure Gratas is enabled.
How do I change my reminder time?
Tap the Settings icon in the app and choose your preferred reminder schedule. You can set a specific time or pick a random window throughout the day.
How do I delete an entry?
Open your Library, find the entry you want to remove, swipe left on it, and tap Delete.
